Days 1 to 7: Mobilization for walking with technical aid (walker or simple cane). Stairs: 10/20 steps, propelled by the non-operated leg with the help of the handrail and a cane. Perform suggested exercises with or without physiotherapist assistance.
Days 7 to 15: gradually increase walking perimeter, with or without technical aids. Alternate stair climbing (one step after the other, alternating legs) with the help of a handrail and a cane. Follow exercise recommendations.
Days 15 to 21: increase walking perimeter (>100m) for independence in everyday life (to and from bedroom, corridor, dining room, toilet). Stairs: 10/20 steps, propelled by non-operated leg, and 2nd leg in extension without splint.
